My visit to the hotel was primarily to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations. While every aspect was delightful, the outdoor swimming pool overlooking the caldera truly captivated me. The serene atmosphere combined with stunning views made it the perfect retreat. The staff's attention to detail and their warm hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. I am genuinely grateful for such a memorable experience and appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making our time so special. This hotel certainly left a lasting impression.
